These web instruments are a sketch of the real sculptures, which are made of wood and are life-sized.
The sculptures are arranged to be played together, players walk through and find something that feels natural.
The Soundpit is an interactive ambient sound-making playground that leverages improvisation and play to encourage people to reconnect with a childlike curiosity and dissolve the barriers that ordinarily keep strangers apart. The motions that activate our sculptures are natural and familiar — dancing, pressing buttons, twisting knobs — so music-making is intuitive for everyone.
A partnership grown out of a shared love of bringing people together, and a drive to create spaces where that can happen.

Jude believes curiosity is the most powerful tool we have as people - the ultimate force behind understanding the world around us and ourselves. His work attempts to liberate this force enabling people to create and connect in ways they hadn’t previously imagined. In doing so, he hopes to inspire people to let it drive their daily lives and in turn create a more understanding world.

Hailing from rural Victoria, Reuben's connection with nature is at the root of everything he makes. His work is inspired by the ephemerality of life and the wild beauty this imbues in people and nature. In turn he pays homage to this beauty through creating space to feel free and grow like the wilderness in his art.
